CWI INSPECTION
AIW Tech provides Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) services to verify that welding and fabrication activities meet applicable AWS, ASME, API, AISC, ICC, and client-specific requirements, P&ID's, ISOS. Our inspectors deliver independent quality assurance for piping, pressure vessels, tanks, structural steel, process equipment, manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial construction projects. Our services include visual weld inspections, third-party QA/QC audits, welding procedure (WPS) and welder qualification (WPQ/PQR) verification, weld mapping, material traceability, fit-up inspections, in-process welding surveillance, final acceptance inspections, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) compliance, turnover documentation, and welder qualification testing and certification. We provide nondestructive testing (NDT) services for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects to verify the quality and integrity of structural steel and welded components.
Our certified inspectors perform on-site quality assurance Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to identify surface and internal defects while ensuring compliance with AWS D1.1 and project specifications. We provide Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for critical welds in beams, columns, braces, decking, and other structural steel components.
